Coordination – Work Package 1
The superordinated project coordination is manged by WP 1. In detail this work package deals with logistics and is responsible for the interdisciplinary communication, public relations and data management.
The scientific research component of WP 1 will be done in close cooperation with all work packages and local stakeholders.
The main objective is the agent-based modelling of land use scenarios and global trends (climate, market trends and population development) and the integrated assessment of the scenario effects on ecosystem services and functions (ESS/F). The results of those analyses will serve as decision guidance for future planning of land utilisation.
